Coupon Terms & Conditions

Coupons are the property of The Elephant Organics and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Each coupon is identified by a coupon code with applicable requirements and rewards. Refer to the specific coupon for these requirements and rewards. Coupons may only be redeemed in accordance with the unique requirements of the offer at the The Elephant Organics online boutique, www.theelephantorganics.com.

A valid coupon code must be entered at the time of check-out to receive the reward. Coupons are valid for a limited time only and will expire on the date given in the offer. If no specific date is given, the coupon will expire one calendar year after its issuance.

Coupons are valid on in-stock items only. No “rain checks” will be issued. Coupons are not valid on past purchases, exchanges, or refunds.

Coupons may not be used to purchase gift certificates and are not applicable to taxes, shipping & handling, or other fees. Some items may be excluded from certain coupons and promotions – see item information and specific offer details on the coupon or offer.

Coupons are intended for single use only and are limited to one coupon per household. Only one coupon code may be used per purchase. Coupon holder is responsible for any applicable sales tax.

If the item(s) purchased with a coupon are returned, the amount of the refund will be based on the cost of the item paid after use of the coupon. If the coupon has a minimum purchase value requirement, taxes, shipping & handling, and other fees do not apply to the minimum value. If use of coupon causes order total to drop below the purchase value required for another promotion (i.e. free shipping), that promotion will be removed from the order until the purchase value meets the requirements for the promotion.

The Elephant Organics reserves the right to modify or discontinue a coupon at any time. In case of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of any of the coupon terms and conditions, The Elephant Organics reserves the right to take all available legal or administrative action.
