Our adorable lemon print from our summer collection has been the subject of many conversations…From @Livingincolor’s post, to our own conversations amongst ourselves at Pink Elephant. Our head designer, Katie, created this masterpiece herself. And it is definitely adored by many.

This lemon print recently got us thinking about… well… lemons! There are so many health benefits to lemons. Particularly drinking lemon water is something simple and easy to do to boost your health.

I personally make a pitcher of lemon water almost everyday and try to drink the whole thing. All I do is cut up 2-3 organic lemons into 4 parts each and place them into a pitcher with ice and water. It's something fast and easy that can set me up for feeling better and making healthy choices throughout the day.
